Want to become a NCOA Official?

Follow These Steps!

1. Verify that you meet the requirements to become a NCOA Official

   1. Click our Frequently Asked Questions page to view the requirements.

2. Register with each NCOA Sport Group.

• 1. You must register with the NCOA through its Arbiter Sports Cenral Hub. During this process, you will select which sport(s) you want to officiate. Click here to find the registration page!

3. Take & Pass the mandatory Online Rules Examination.

• 1. You must take a mandatory rules exam for each of your sports. The exam will be 100 self-paced questions and is available on our Arbiter Sports Central Hub. The schedules of the exams will be posted on that website as well.
